Fransisco Phoenics is an American artist from Compton, California best known for hosting/emceeing live entertainment in the Valley of Phoenix, Arizona. Also known for his other persona The Rolling Stoner, Phoenics created the radio/podcast Rolling with The Rolling Stoner, used to promote individual artists, local businesses and art scenes throughout the valley.
